On July 13th the brand new transformer (250 PBV) from Guayaquil Port to the electric substation Nueva Prosperina located on the northwest of the city. Positioning of the transformer is under the coordination and management of CELEC EP- TRANSELECTRIC business unit and private company Noroccidental.
